Physiotherapist

Emily has recently moved to Hobart from the Blue Mountains to enjoy the seascapes, mountains and beautiful community. 

Emily studied Physiotherapy in Queensland and has worked in private practice, paediatric and young adult disability services and aquatic physiotherapy. She has a particular interest in working with people with a disability, paediatrics and people who are non-verbal communicators. She has also had a broad range of experience with equipment prescription from wheelchairs, standing frames, walking frames, switch technology and assistance with communication devices. 

Outside of work, Emily enjoys a frolic in any sort of nature, rock climbing, dance, climate justice work and will be learning to play the cello! 

Emily speaks English (fluent), Thai (intermediate), Auslan (beginner – Certificate III).
